Andy Murray and Jamie Delgado - who has coached the three-time Grand Slam winner for five years - have split ahead of the 2022 season.

Delgado has worked with Murray for five years and helped oversee the Brit's most successful season in 2016, during which he won Wimbledon, the ATP Finals and Olympic gold.

Following Murray's split with Ivan Lendl in 2017, Delgado worked as the 34-year-old's full-time coach, but the pair have now gone their separate ways after the Scot's injury-hit seasons.

Delgado - a former Great Britain representative in the 2006 Davis Cup - is now set to begin working with Canada's Denis Shapovalov, who sits 14th in the world rankings.

Meanwhile, Murray is poised to work under the wing of Jan De Witt ahead of Mubadala World Tennis Championship in Dubai later this month.
