Former Wimbledon champion Richard Krajicek has insisted that Andy Murray should be upbeat about his performances in 2014, despite failing to build on last year's SW19 success.
The Dutchman said that the Briton has done well to recover from back surgery and hold down a place in the top 10 of the world rankings.
"If he finished top 10 this year, and I think he can finish top five, it's an exceptional achievement," Krajicek told BBC Sport.
"It's a really bad surgery and it's unbelievable that he's in the top 10."
Murray bowed out of the US Open at the quarter-final stage this week, losing to Novak Djokovic in four sets.
