Andy Murray has revealed that he was relieved to come through his match with Donald Young in straight sets as he had to contend with windy conditions.
The British number one came through 6-4 6-2 before rain swept in to wipe out the matches scheduled for the latter part of the day, and the two-time Grand Slam winner admitted that it was hard to adjust to the elements before he eventually prevailed in Miami.
The 27-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "The match went well but it was tricky and difficult to feel comfortable on the court because of the conditions.
"It was extremely windy and also the complete opposite to what we played in in Indian Wells five or six day ago."
Murray will play Santiago Giraldo in the third round.
