Goran Ivanisevic has insisted that Marin Cilic can taste more success at Grand Slams after beating Kei Nishikori in the US Open final on Monday night.
After beating the likes of Roger Federer on his way to a first victory in one of the four major tournaments, Cilic will only improve on the biggest stage, according to his coach.
"He can win more Grand Slams," Ivanisevic told BBC Sport. "It's unbelievable, it's amazing. I'm so proud of him, that he was able to play the final like this.
"It was not an easy year and it came in the perfect, perfect moment. From this he can only go up and up. His life is never going to be the same again."
Cilic is the first Croatian player to win a Grand Slam since Ivanisevic's success at Wimbledon in 2001.
