Spanish grass-court specialist Feliciano Lopez has been knocked out in the first round at Wimbledon by Jarkko Nieminen.
Neither man was broken in the opening set and it was Finn Nieminen who stole ahead in the tie-break, taking it to four to take a one-set lead.
Nieminen, 30, couldn't keep up this momentum and was broken in his first service game of the second, with Lopez unfaltering on his own service on his way to a 6-3 success.
The third followed in almost identical fashion to the first as again Nieminen was the man to come out on top in the breaker.
Set four went with serve until a lengthy fifth game where Nieminen managed to break through before going on to take the set 6-4 and seal his place in the second round.
He will face American Brian Baker for a place in round three.
