Triathlon gold medallist Alistair Brownlee has hailed the "brilliant" course at Strathclyde Park following his Commonwealth Games victory this afternoon.
After finishing first ahead of brother Jonathan Brownlee in Motherwell, Alistair said that he 'wished every triathlon course' was the same as the one in Scotland.
"The course here was brilliant. I wish every triathlon course was like this. The water was really nice as well," he told reporters.
"It is brilliant, I absolutely loved it."
The relay event will take place at the weekend.
