Great Britain's sitting volleyball player Andrea Green believes that she and her teammates failed in their Paralympics campaign because they "wanted it too much".
The British women finished the London Games in 11th place after failing to win one set in their matches at the ExCel Arena.
"I know we have it in us to win matches but maybe we wanted it too much," the Derby Telegraph quotes Green as saying.
"We get to the back end of sets and people try too hard. It's frustrating but it just wasn't meant to be but our time will come.
"It was our first Paralympics but we'll come back and regroup and improve in the years building up to 2016 and, hopefully, qualify for Rio."
The sitting volleyball team was the first ever women's British side to compete at a Paralympic Games.
