Great Britain's women's water polo coach Szilveszter Fekete has said that he is pleased with how far the British team has come since their inception in 2007.
Team GB have lost all their matches so far in the London Olympics, most recently the fifth to eighth classification match against Russia, but Fekete has claimed that the progress has been good in five years.
"In 2007 we lost our first international match to the Netherlands 21-1," Eurosport quotes Fekete as saying.
"We have come a long way since then, especially when you see we have played a close match with a strong opponent such as Russia."
GB face Italy on Thursday to decide who finishes seventh and eighth in the group.
