Canada skier Yuki Tsubota has been stretchered off the Rosa Khutor piste after falling heavily during the Olympic skiing slopestyle final in Sochi.
Replays showed the 20-year-old's head hitting her knee as she crashed into the snow during her second run.
Tsubota finished in sixth, courtesy of her first run which gave her 71.60, a place ahead of Great Britain's Katie Summerhayes.
Fellow Canadians Dara Howell and Kim Lamarre earned gold and bronze respectively, with United States skier Devin Logan securing silver and preventing a Canadian clean sweep.
