France's Jean Frederic Chapuis has won gold at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games with a win in the men's ski cross competition.
His fellow countrymen Arnaud Bovolenta and Jonathan Midol followed him over the line to claim silver and bronze respectively, with Canadian Brady Lehman finishing last in the four-man final.
Lehman briefly moved into the third position during the race but after wiping out with a third of the course left, the French trio only had to stay upright to secure the clean sweep of medals.
Chapuis's win follows that of victor Pierre Vaultier, the Frenchman who won the men's snowboard cross earlier this week.
Chapuis is the current reigning world champion.
