German luger Felix Loch was speechless following his gold medal win at the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi on Monday.
The 24-year-old successfully defended the title that he won at Vancouver 2010 after completing four runs down the Sanki Sliding Center track in 3 minutes and 27.562 seconds.
Speaking to reporters after his triumph, Loch said: "Unbelievable. It's so crazy for me. I don't have any words, but yeah, it's so cool."
Loch finished 0.476 seconds ahead of Russia's Albert Demchenko, who took silver in his seventh Games. Meanwhile, Italy's Armin Zoeggeler won the bronze.
