The Great Britain men's curling team has defeated Germany 7-6 in today's Olympic round-robin clash at the Ice Cube Curling Centre in Sochi.
With the score poised at 6-6, Germany's Felix Schulze looked to have an easy task on his hands at the end, simply needing to dislodge the Team GB stone from the centre of the house.
However, rather than making the clearance to give his side victory on his final shot, he went on to miss the stone completely, which gifted the final point to the opposition.
The victory means that Team GB have got two wins from three games.
In other curling results in the men's category, Canada lost 7-6 to Sweden, the United States suffered a heavy defeat (9-4) at the hands of China and Norway earned a narrow win against the home nation, defeating Russia 9-8.
