United States skier Bryan Fletcher has become the latest competitor to praise the condition of courses in Sochi.
Many athletes have criticised certain venues, including compatriot Shaun White, who called on organisers to improve the standards.
However, American two-time champion Fletcher insists the RusSki Gorki Ski Jumping Center provides an exciting challenge.
"The rhythm of the hill is different," the 27-year told sochi2014.com. "The in-run and the landing are both flatter than most hills. It kind of throws off your senses a little bit, but that's what makes it exciting - the challenge."
Upon the conclusion of the Games, organisers have said that ski jumping competitions will continue to take place at the venue.
