Meanwhile, there are also four changes for the current Premier League champions following their defeat to Barcelona on Tuesday.

Aleksandar Kolarov and Eliaquim Mangala both return at the back, while Yaya Toure, who was suspended in the Champions League, is available again and joins Fernandinho in midfield.

Edin Dzeko continued to partner Sergio Aguero up front, with Wilfried Bony left to start on the bench.
