Millwall manager Steve Lomas believes that his players deserved their 1-0 victory over Charlton Athletic in the Championship today.
The Lions went ahead on 38 minutes through Scott McDonald's strike and managed to see out the rest of the game.
The result represents their second win in a row after the 3-1 success against Blackpool on Tuesday.
"This will probably be the first Sunday I can have a coffee and go and read the papers," News Shopper quotes Lomas as saying.
"There is a long way to go. In this league you see the margins, the first four or five games we didn't really get much luck, today you could argue we got a little bit of luck with the deflection.
"But I thought the lads earned it with the performance. I thought it was a thoroughly good performance all round."
Millwall are now up to 17th in the Championship.
