Roddy White has said that the Atlanta Falcons are lacking an identity this season.
The NFC South side, who were the top-ranked side in the conference in 2012, have won just one of their five games so far this campaign in the NFL.
The wide receiver, who has been hampered with an ankle injury so far this year, told the Atlanta Journal Constitution: "To tell you the truth, this team doesn't have an identity right now because we don't do one thing really, really well. That's why I think we're struggling.
"In years past, on defense we got a lot of turnovers. So, we would turn the turnovers into points. This year we are not getting any turnovers. On the offensive side, we are not moving the ball like we used to. Even when we are moving it, we suck in the red zone right now. You know, it's terrible when we get down there.
"We are 1-4. But the best part about it is that we go in there every week thinking that we are three plays from being 4-0 or three plays from being 5-0. There are a lot of good things that we are doing on film."
White's injury has limited him to 14 receptions for 129 yards so far this season.
