Baltimore Ravens guard Marshal Yanda has revealed that he hopes to return to the practice field soon after undergoing shoulder surgery in the off-season.
Yanda went under the knife days after winning Super Bowl 47 with his side in February, but has yet to take a full part in his side's preparations for the new campaign.
He told the Baltimore Sun: "Yep, doing good. Just taking it one day at a time and getting it stronger and coming along.
"I had to wait for the Super Bowl, I had it done five days after the Super Bowl. Since I had it so late, it's going to cut into training camp a little bit.
"I should be back out there soon. We'll see what happens."
The 28-year-old was named in the NFL All-Pro team last season and was also voted to the Pro Bowl.
