Jermichael Finley has said that he is expecting to be cleared to return to full-contact action this month following a serious neck injury .
The Green Bay Packers tight end, who is set to become a free agent next month, missed the second half of the 2013 season after bruising his spinal cord during the team's win over the Cleveland Browns.
NBC Sports reports that the 26-year-old's doctor is 99.9% confident that Finley will return to full-contact drills in the next three to four weeks.
Finley underwent a spinal fusion surgery to aid his recovery from the injury.
