St Louis Rams quarterback Nick Foles threw four picks as his team lost 24-10 against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
The Packers took an early lead as Aaron Rodgers found Ty Montgomery with a short pass that the wide receiver took 31 yards for a touchdown.
The Green Bay quarterback would not be so lucky moments later after James Laurinaitis picked off Rodgers for the first time in 586 pass attempts at home, a total of 20 straight games.
A few drives later, Rams quarterback Nick Foles would throw his second pick of the day to Quintin Rollins, who returned the ball 45 yards for another Packers touchdown.
Foles would make up for that mistake before half time, finding Tavon Austin for a five-yard touchdown before a Greg Zuerlein field goal, from another Rodgers interception, made it 14-10 at the break.
Rodgers would reassert his authority in the second half, gunning the ball to James Jones for a huge 65-yard touchdown early in the third quarter.
St Louis succeeded in a fourth-down fake punt but they could not capitalise of the play, with Zuerlein's long field goal falling short of the goalposts before the kicker missed another long attempt moments later.
Mason Crosby would put Green Bay up two touchdowns with a field goal before Ha Ha Clinton-Dix picked off Foles in the endzone during the following possesion.
The Rams tried to reply late on but Foles was intercepted by Rollins for the second time to give the Packers yet another home win.
Green Bay remain unbeaten for the season at 5-0 while the Rams drop to 2-3 in the NFC West.
