The Jacksonville Jaguars lead at the break in their NFL clash with the Tennessee Titans as they look to win their first game of the season.
The Titans had a nightmare start to the game on the first handoff to Chris Johnson. The running back was stripped of the ball and the Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny gathered to set his side up inside the red zone. Chad Henne handed off to Maurice Jones-Drew, who opened the scoring with a six-yard run.
Jacksonville added another three points late in the first quarter when a drive from Henne stalled in the end zone and Josh Scobee was brought on to kick a 32-yard field goal, which he fired through the posts with ease.
Scobee added another three points to give his side a 13-point advantage and matters got worse for the Titans when quarterback Jake Locker was forced to leave the field.
However, they still managed to get on the scoreboard when back-up Ryan Fitzpatrick found Taylor Thompson in the end zone just before the break to bring them within six points.
