New England Patriots quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo has revealed that he is only focused on improving for his second season in the NFL.
The 23-year-old could be thrust into action for the defending Super Bowl champions at the start of the 2015 season, considering Tom Brady's four-game suspension for the deflategate scandal.
However, Garoppolo has admitted that he is just thinking about his own game rather than what might happen between now and September regarding Brady's ban.
He told reporters: "I'm just going out to practice every day trying to improve, trying to get my teammates better and be better.
"We'll go from there. I just have the mindset that I'm trying to get better. That's all you can control at the end of the day."
Brady's appeal against his suspension will reportedly take place on June 23.
