New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin has revealed that Odell Beckham is making progress as he attempts to get fit for the coming season.
The first-round Draft pick has been unable to train with his teammates, having picked up a hamstring strain that has kept him out of most of his team's off-season camp.
"Sounds like he's getting close," said coach Coughlin, according to NJ.com.
"They have him doing a lot of things. They're going to push him to do a little bit more today and then they are going to get a quarterback to throw to him and see how that goes too."
The Giants are looking to get Coughlin back into the fray as soon as possible as they undergo an offensive regeneration process under Ben McAdoo.
