The New York Jets have confirmed that Calvin Pryor sustained a concussion during the team's practice yesterday.
The rookie safety was assessed for a concussion after taking a hit to the head yesterday morning.
Head coach Rex Ryan told reporters: "As a coach, it's out of your hands, you lean on the experts."
The Jets selected Pryor in the first round of this year's Draft.
