The New York Jets have re-signed former cornerback Antonio Cromartie just two days after their move to sign Darrelle Revis.
Cromartie is understood to have agreed to a four-year deal, and will now look ahead to being reunited with the Jets and Revis after their first stint together back in 2010.
The Jets have also signed Buster Skrine as they continue to overhaul their secondary, while former San Diego Chargers free agent Marcus Gilchrist also signed on.
Cromartie received a fourth Pro Bowl appearance last year after finishing the season with 53 tackles and four interceptions, including in the playoffs.
The Jets' defense was heavily criticised last season for their struggles, and so the franchise has moved to strengthen the roster.
