A deal has been struck to ensure that at least two NFL games a year will be held at Wembley until 2020.
The NFL, which also has the option to extend the agreement by an additional five years, has staged regular-season matches at the London venue for the past eight years.
Three games in total will be held at the national stadium this year, including the Jacksonville Jaguars' meeting with the Buffalo Bills this Sunday - the 13th fixture to be held on English soil since 2007.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, NFL chief Mark Waller said: "This new agreement extends a very successful, long-term relationship. It is very exciting to be making this announcement in the same week that we will reach one million fans for the International Series in London."
The Jaguars will continue their agreement of playing at least one designated home game a year at Wembley through to 2016.
