Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has insisted that linebacker Mychal Kendricks will not be leaving the club.
The 24-year-old was linked with an exit from the NFC East side earlier in the off-season, along with Brandon Boykin who was traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
However, Kelly is adamant that Kendricks will not be following in the 25-year-old's footsteps ahead of the 2015 season.
"Mychal Kendricks is not going anywhere, I can tell you that right now," Kelly told reporters. "You can write that down in ink, not pencil. He's not going anywhere."
Kendricks has recorded 264 tackles, nine sacks and three interceptions in his three seasons in the NFL.
