The Seattle Seahawks are in control of their NFL clash with the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.
The Seahawks started the game slowly as both sides exchanged possession with early punts but Russell Wilson soon moved his side downfield.
However, they were forced to settle for a field goal as Steven Hauschka fired a 49-yard effort through the posts.
New York tried to respond and Eli Manning hit a on a few completions before he attempted to find Victor Cruz. However, he was intercepted by Byron Maxwell, who made the pick at the Seattle 35 but was knocked backwards to prevent any yards gained.
In the second quarter the Seahawks got their first touchdown of the game. Wilson drove them downfield and then handed the ball off to Marshawn Lynch, who powered into the endzone for a two-yard score running through six tackles.
Hauschka added another field goal just before the break to hand them a 13-point lead.
