Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor has revealed that he is ready to play against the Chicago Bears on Sunday after ending his contract holdout.
The 27-year-old missed the first two games of the regular season over an improved contract and despite those demands not being met, Chancellor has returned to the team.
The Super Bowl winner told reporters: "I am just happy to be back, happy to be back playing football, happy to be back with the organisation, with my teammates, my coaches.
"It was hard to watch those games. I was always a guy who followed my heart and watching those losses hurt me. So it was time to put all business things aside and address that after the season.
"I feel good. I know I can play Sunday."
The three-time Pro Bowler helped his Seahawks team win Super Bowl 48 in 2014.
