The St Louis Rams hold a four-point lead over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their NFL clash at Edward Jones Dome at half time.

The St Louis Rams lead by four points at the break in their NFL clash with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Edward Jones Dome.

After a slow start, the Buccaneers put together a good drive as quarterback Mike Glennon moved them downfield hitting Vincent Jackson for a big gain down the middle and they managed to punch the ball into the endzone thanks to a one-yard run from Bobby Rainey.

However, the Rams hit back immediately as Kellen Clemens put together a drive of his own that culminated in a handoff on the goalline to Zac Stacy, who jumped over a pile of players to get into the endzone.

St Louis took the lead when Rainey fumbled the ball at the 30 and in the next play from the Rams' offense they performed a double reverse run, as Clemens handed off to Chris Givens, who tossed to Steadman Bailey, who then ran around the left side and in for the touchdown.

The Buccaneers were fortunate after killing a goal-line drive from the Rams after Glennon was sacked, but the officials ruled that he was not in the endzone so did not give up a safety.

This allowed the visitors to drive downfield to kick a 36-yard field goal from Rian Lindell to close the gap to four points.
