Tampa Bay Buccaneers co-chairman Joel Glazer has hailed his side for their recent run of form following a difficult start to their season.
The Buccaneers were 0-8 after their first eight games of the season and were embroiled in a quarterback controversy along with having an MRSA breakout in their locker room.
However, Greg Schiano's side have now won three games on the bounce after beating the Detroit Lions and have a chance of ending their season with a respectable record.
"I think it's tremendous," Glazer told the Tampa Tribune. "The guys are hanging in there and fighting to the end.
"I think that speaks volumes about Greg. [These are] tough times, but the team has never doubted him in the locker room."
The Buccaneers face the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
