Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht has hinted that Mike Glennon is likely to be the team's quarterback going forward.
Glennon broke into the team last season after the release of Josh Freeman, but the Buccaneers were linked with signal callers in the lead up to the Draft.
However, it now appears as if the franchise are happy with their selection of quarterbacks, with Glennon being backed up by former Chicago Bears man Josh McCown.
Licht told SiriusXM: "We looked at all the tape of last year. Having Mike in the building and going through that first minicamp with him and seeing how he was in meetings and interacted with the team - and how he was on the field - just secured our feelings of how we evaluated him and felt about him.
"That really helped with our draft strategy. Mike showed during the process that he had three things where he scored very high marks; toughness, intelligence and accuracy."
Glennon threw for 19 touchdowns and just nine interceptions in his 13 games during the 2013 season.
