Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers have been named as the starting quarterbacks for this season's Pro Bowl.

The NFL has revealed the AFC and NFC all-star sides following a vote by fans, coaches and players.

The Denver Broncos quarterback topped the vote for the AFC team, with Tom Brady and Matt Schaub as his backups.

Rodgers leads the NFC, with Matt Ryan and Robert Griffin III on the bench.

Excluding special teams members, RG3 is the only rookie included.

The San Francisco 49ers have the most players involved with nine, followed by the Houston Texans with eight and seven from the New England Patriots.

The Pro Bowl takes place in Hawaii the week before the Super Bowl.

Players from the teams that make the Super Bowl will not be involved.
