The Washington Redskins have announced that tight end Fred Davis is questionable to face the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
The 27-year-old was added to Mike Shanahan's side's injury report late on Saturday after he damaged his ankle during practice.
Davis had been playing a reduced role in his side's opening two games as the Redskins preferred Logan Paulsen and Jordan Reed in the role, so his absence will not be major to Shanahan.
Washington are 0-2 in their season going into week three.
