Mike Shanahan has praised Jordan Reed's impact in his first two games for the Washington Redskins.
The tight end was a third-round Draft pick earlier this year, later signing a four-year contract with the NFC East side.
The head coach told reporters: "In different positions, you have a little bit more depth, and I think that's one of our strongest positions right now is the tight end position.
"[Reed has] done a great job. He's got a unique ability to be able to beat people one-on-one. He can move like a wide receiver, so that's one of the reasons why he played a lot last week in the two-minute situation, where he got a chance to match-up on some people.
"We've got a lot of guys that can play and a lot determines on how well you practise during the week and how well you play on game day."
The 23-year-old has 56 receiving yards and one touchdown so far this season.
