London 2012 Paralympics chief executive Paul Deighton is confident that ticket sales will reach the organisers' target of 2.5 million.
It has emerged that the current ticket sales for the sports event has reached up to 2.3 million but Deighton does not think that it will stop there.
"Our target was always to get to 2.5 million and we will," BBC Sport quotes Deighton as saying. "My guess is that we will have another 200,000 or so tickets to sell, about half of those will be on sale before Games time."
The Paralympics gets underway on August 29 and comes to a close on September 9.
