Usain Bolt believes that it will take time for him to hit top form ahead of this summer's World Championships in Beijing.

The Jamaican sprinter could only clock 20.13 seconds in the 200m at the Golden Spike meeting in Ostrava, and although he eased to victory, he was not pleased with an effort that is almost a second outside of his world-record time of 19.19 seconds.

The 28-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "You can't be satisfied if I don't break 20 seconds. I just need to try to get myself into running shape.

"I really wanted to [break 20 seconds] but the conditions didn't allow, and I'm coming back from injuries, so it's going to take time."

One consolation for Bolt was beating his previous season's best of 20.20 seconds, which was set in April.
