Usain Bolt ran the fastest 100 metres of the year at the Diamond League meeting in Brussels.
The Jamaican posted a time of 9.76 seconds to claim victory in Belgium, where he was eager to forget about the false start which cost him the gold medal at the World Championships.
"Today I was really happy with myself. [A false start] is not going to happen again. I made one mistake and I won't let it happen again."
Bolt currently holds the 100 metres world record with a time of 9.58 seconds, which he achieved in Berlin in 2009.
