The British Olympic Association have lost their fight to keep their rule of lifetime Olympic bans for drugs cheats, it has been confirmed.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport has decided to overturn the bylaw that had been challenged by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
As a result, British athlete Dwain Chambers and cyclist David Millar will be allowed to represent their nation at this summer's Olympic Games.
The BOA are not expected to comment on the outcome until later this evening.
