Charlotte Bobcats coach Steve Clifford has been released from hospital following a successful procedure on his heart.
Clifford was admitted to hospital after suffering chest pains on Thursday evening and tests revealed that he would need two stents inserted.
The 52-year-old revealed to Yahoo Sports that he was "feeling a lot better" and he is not expected to be on the sidelines for too much longer.
Patrick Ewing took charge of the Bobcats for their loss to the New York Knicks on Friday.
