Top NBA Draft pick Andrew Wiggins has insisted that he wants to make an immediate impact at the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The former Kansas Jayhawks player was snapped up at the first time of asking by Cleveland on Thursday night, with the youngster now focusing on showing his ability from the off next season.
"I just want to come in, create an impact right off the bat, offensively and defensively, bring the team to the next level and just be a good teammate, be a good part of the organisation," Wiggins told reporters.
"I want to be on the All-Defensive team, be Rookie of the Year, make the All-Star team, all that type of stuff."
The Draft also saw major selection calls benefit the likes of Jabari Parker and Joel Embiid.
