Stephen Curry has claimed that consistency against the best teams can help the Golden State Warriors achieve "great things" this season.
The Warriors suffered a 102-94 defeat at the hands of the Indiana Pacers on Monday, but Curry believes that the team are not far away from challenging with the leading teams in the NBA.
"We're right there as a team that has the potential to do some great things this year if we can figure that last, little bit of consistency out," Curry told reporters following the loss.
"We've shown in spots we have the talent to do it, we just have to find that last little piece of assertiveness against the best teams in the league."
The Warriors are currently sixth in the Western Conference.
