Guards JJ Redick and Jamal Crawford have both returned to practice with the Los Angeles Clippers this week, and could feature in the team's game against the Detroit Pistons tomorrow.

Redick has not been able to practise for the last seven weeks with a bulging disc in his lower back, forcing him to miss the last 18 games, while Crawford has been rested for eight of their last nine with a calf strain.

Coach Doc Rivers told reporters: "I don't have an expectation [for Redick]. I think he just wants to go back out and practise and see how he feels. We're just going to practice him and see what he could do.

"If JJ comes back tomorrow, we're good. If JJ comes back in three weeks, we're good. If JJ comes back in eight weeks and we're still alive, we're good. I don't think there is a timetable.

"I want [Crawford] to play but I don't want to push him. I want him to be right. If he's ready to play, he'll play, and if not we'll wait until we play again. He's close enough that he'll be playing soon."

Rivers also confirmed that Darren Collison, who has missed two games with a stomach virus, should return tomorrow.
