The Milwaukee Bucks have announced that point-guard Kendall Marshall will miss the rest of the NBA season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
The 23-year-old suffered the injury at London's O2 Arena on Thursday when the Bucks beat the New York Knicks in the only NBA regular season game to take place in Europe.
"He's been great for us," AP quotes Bucks coach Jason Kidd as saying. "It's disappointing. It's an unfortunate accident for a player who was playing well."
Marshall was a free pick-up for Milwaukee last summer after leaving the Los Angeles Lakers.
