Scott Brooks has said that the Oklahoma City Thunder need to improve their shooting in order the move up the Western Conference standings.
The Thunder have lost just one game so far this season, but sit eighth in their conference.
The head coach told reporters: "Obviously, we've got to shoot the ball much better. They're getting good looks. They're going to fall.
"There are two things that [point guard Russell Westbrook] does at a high level. He's a winner. It's not always going to be perfect, but he plays with everything he has every single night.
"The second thing is leadership. It's taken him some time to get that. Now he is our leader."
Oklahoma City face the Dallas Mavericks later today.
