Mexico's Oscar Valdez Fierro has overcome Anvar Yunusov of Tajikistan in the final bantamweight scrap of the afternoon session.
Valdez took the fight to Yunusov, pinning the Tajik against the ropes and overwhelming him with a flurry of rights and lefts.
Yunusov was struggling to pierce the Mexican's high guard and was caught with a very good right hand as he tried to unload.
The Mexican was picking his shots very well, breaking his defence to throw straight scoring blows.
As the bout entered the final three minutes, Valdez had opened up a 9-5 lead and the number-one ranked fighter was in grave danger of an early exit.
Yunusov was forced to take the lead, but a lack of variety in his work meant that Valdez absorbed most of his shots with the gloves.
In the end, Valdez ran out a comfortable 13-7 winner.
