WBC cruiserweight champion Tony Bellew has warned BJ Flores not to underestimate him ahead of their clash in Liverpool on Saturday night.
Bellew is the huge favourite to prevail at the Echo Arena but he has claimed that challenger Flores and David Haye - a friend of Flores and potential future opponent for Bellew - regard him as an "easy touch".
The 33-year-old told reporters: "You can say that you respect or whatever, but I know deep down you don't. You and your stupid playboy mate think that I am an easy touch.
"Trust me, when we get in the ring on Saturday night, I don't care who you have sparred or who you have worked with - it's totally different with 10oz gloves on. When I hit someone, they feel it."
Bellew is hopeful that a win over Flores will lead to a showdown with Haye at heavyweight.
