Nathan Cleverly has revealed that he would consider a final fight to decide the series against Tony Bellew following his defeat at the Liverpool Echo Arena.
The 27-year-old fell to a loss in the all-British rematch on a points decision, as Bellew overmatched him for the majority of the bout at cruiserweight division.
He told Sky Sports News: "It was a great fight again. It was similar to the first fight, a majority decision. I think I showed my character to come up in weight, his strength showed in the second half of the fight.
"He was pushing me back the last six rounds. Maybe we have the final fight."
Bellew added in response to his opponent: "If you can fill the Millennium Stadium, let's do it."
The defeat was just the second of Cleverly's career, and he now holds a 28-2 professional record.
