IBF and WBA super-middleweight champion Carl Froch has insisted that he is in perfect shape ahead of Saturday's rematch against George Groves at Wembley Stadium.
In the first contest between the two, Froch won the fight by TKO in controversial circumstances and the 36-year-old said that his experience against some of the top boxers in the world will see him through.
"When I turn up in the shape I'm in now, I've proved I can perform against the top level boxers of the world," Froch said in his pre-fight press conference.
"I'm bringing that confidence and that experience with me into this fight as well as being in absolutely unbelievable shape."
