British super-middleweight George Groves will face Christopher Rebrasse in an eliminator for the WBC title on September 20.
Groves has suffered back-to-back defeats to IBF and WBA champion Carl Froch, but after joining forces with promoter Kalle Sauerland, the Londoner has been put into the encounter with the Frenchman at Wembley Arena.
The 28-year-old, who holds a professional record of 22 wins from 27 encounters, won the European title in March and is currently ranked number three with the WBC.
The winner of the fight could secure a showdown with either Sakio Bika or Anthony Dirrell, who meet for the WBC strap next month.
