British featherweight champion Lee Selby will take on unbeaten Romanian Viorel Simion on July 13 in Hull.
The Welshman will fight on a bumper bill, headlined by the professional debut of Olympic gold medallist Luke Campbell, after switching from a June 29 date in Bolton.
Selby's promoter Eddie Hearn is excited about testing his fighter at a higher level.
"I'm delighted to have been able to bring Viorel over for this fight," said Hearn.
"It's Lee's first big test on the world stage and having watched Viorel in action, I think we can expect a cracking fight where Lee will show everybody just how good he is."
Simion holds the WBC international belt, and has defended it twice, while Selby has risen through the ranks in the past 18 months, picking up both the British and Commonwealth titles.
